Fee Schedule

1. LIVE-IN $185.00 DAILY
2. HOURLY $20.00 AN-HOUR (4 Hour minimum per shift)
3. EMERGENCY CARE SERVICE $200 A DAY
4. USED OF CAREGIVER CAR $.75 CENT PER MILE
5. NO NIGHT OR WEEKEND PREMIUM CHARGES
6. HOLIDAY PAY: Time-and-a-half for the following days:
   New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, President Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th,Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
7. Rate variation based on geographical area and skill level and a number of people receiving care.
8. Quoted rates presume weekly payment.
9. Decent Homecare Services LLC has General Liability, Bonding and Workers Compensation Insurance.
